01 — YOUR FEEDS

Four rooms. One of them is lying.

Every few seconds, something changes. A door drifts open. A chair moves. A shape stands where no shape stood. Find it, classify it, report it — before the facility's stability hits zero.

02 — ANOMALY CLASSIFICATION MANUAL

Report it correctly, or don't bother.

A report only clears an anomaly if the camera and the class both match. False reports lock your console and cost you. Study the manual. There will not be time later.

01

OBJECT MOVEMENT

Items relocated, missing, or furniture that has rearranged itself.

02

INTRUDER

Silhouettes, eyes in the dark, approaching figures, faces at the lens.

03

DOOR / LIGHTING

Doors ajar, red emergency lighting, fixtures flickering without cause.

04

CAMERA MALFUNCTION

Full-feed static, corrupted camera labels, signal degradation.

05

OTHER

Messages on the walls. Clocks reading impossible times. Things without a name.

03 — FACILITY LOG

// RECOVERED MEMO — DELACROIX ANNEX — ████████

"The night staff keep resigning. They all describe the same thing: the rooms are correct when you look at them, and wrong when you look away. Channel 6 was decommissioned after the ██████████ incident, yet it continues to broadcast. We recommend a single guard, minimal briefing, and that the guard report everything."
